Mike, started while in High School training to become an auto body tech. After school he became employed at Paragon Collision Center in Raleigh where he spent the next 10 years learning from the best. In 2006, after 15 years of experience he opened Auto Arts Inc. with a focus on customization and quality. He has opened up a new world to the Triangle Area that most body shops simply just do not have time for.  Mike has grown the studio into one of the most trusted auto restorers in the area. He personally supervises daily operations and takes a hands on role to ensure that every job leaves the studio meeting the Auto Arts standard.

Valerie's passion for cars started as a young girl when she would spend hours in the garage watching & helping her Father & Grandfather re-build corvettes & Ford Model A's.  This passion combined with 15 years of business background & strong service ethic provides an exceptional addition to Mike's fresh ideas and concepts on how a Custom Studio should operate. Valerie plays a hands on role daily to ensure operations run effectively, & works directly with Mike in the coordination of projects, customer satisfaction, & the maintaining of the Auto Arts standard.

Meet, Builder, Painter & Body Tech, Danny Omasta
Danny has spent his whole life around cars and craftsmanship. At the age of 10 he was building and customizing go-kart's. He quickly outgrew go-kart's with a desire to customize real rides! At the age of 14 he began building his first car, a 1985 Monte Carlo SS. Since then he has built award winning rides seen in magazines and featured in calendars. Danny exhibits impressive talent for his age and we are pleased that  he has been a part of the AAI team since 2007. His skills include, but are not limited to paint, body work, metal fabrication, custom fiberglass, audio, electronics, interior, and unique pin-striping. Utilizing his Adobe Photoshop certifications and CAD abilities, Danny has the capability to create one-of-a-kind digital auto renderings. A competitive spirit, a passion for excellence and a "nothing's impossible" attitude have shaped Danny's life and every car he builds.

Daniel's passion for cars started at a young age, at 15 he started obtaining hands on experience installing stereos and audio equipment. Daniel spent a good deal of time at car meets & shows where he has obtained some incredible knowledge. Fueling his desire to be more hands on in the custom field, Daniel joined the AAI family in 2010. He has shown true dedication to the trade and his hard working attitude contributes to the skill of the AAI team in seeing all jobs are met & completed with top notch standards. Daniel continues to expand his abilities every day and is quickly becoming an asset to the industry.

Meet Airbrush Master, Josh Rathburn
Josh started his art career in grade school and didnt even know it! He has been involved in art since 3rd grade when he figured out how to doodle. After years of participating in art fairs throughout high school , he advanced into the art of airbrushing. With a private tutor from the Art Institute of Chicago he spent a good deal of time training including some visits to Vegas. Josh now has over 10 years experience and it shows!

Don is originally from Long Island, NY where he grew up in his parents bodyshop and formed a love for cars that stays with him today. He owned his own personal shop for 20 years, AutoColors Collision Repair. Quality repairs have always been a main priority for Don so we are fortunate that he has made his home here with us and the AAI Family in 2011! Don has a wide range of experience including mig welding, sandblasting, frame and unibody repairs, glass replacement, refinishing, complete restorations, custom painting, and much more. His restorations have included various vehicles such as 55-57 Chevy's, 67-73 Camaro's, 63-72 Nova's, 64-73 Mustang's, 58-80 Corvette's, Pontiac's, Mopar's, Streetrods, and custom motorcycles. Don's work has received multiple awards and several have been featured in Super Chevy Magazine! We are excited to have Don on our team and are very impressed with the quality of craftsmanship he adds to our team.
